Results: it was possible to find three cores of meaning that were divided into three categories: 1 - environment and working conditions; 2 -communication, relationships and work routines; 3 - visualized potentialities - motivation to improve the work environment. Conclusions: difficulties were observed as potential generators of dissatisfaction in the work environment; however, management strategies were considered to face and change the identified scenario.
