INTERVENÇÃO DE ENFERMAGEM À PESSOA EM SITUAÇÃO CRÍTICA FACE AO DISTANCIAMENTO DA FAMÍLIA EM CENÁRIO DE PANDEMIA: REVISÃO INTEGRATIVA DA LITERATURA

Resumen
A pessoa em situação crítica, internada em contexto de urgência e unidade de cuidados intensivos, encontra-se em processo de transição saúde-doença. O enfermeiro, num registo autónomo e interdependente, emerge como agente facilitador para a promoção de uma transição saudável. A presença da família, na qual se insere a pessoa doente, é essencial na prestação de cuidados. Face a um evento excecional, como uma pandemia, a presença da família é limitada e a interação pessoa doente-família fica condicionada. Este trabalho tem como objetivo, compreender as intervenções de enfermagem à pessoa em situação crítica, que se revelam facilitadoras, perante o distanciamento da família, em contexto de urgência e UCI, em cenário de pandemia. Considerando a temática, realizou-se uma revisão integrativa da literatura, tendo por suporte um protocolo de pesquisa validado por perito. A pesquisa foi realizada nas bases de dados MEDLINE e CINAHL e literatura cinzenta. Aplicados os critérios de inclusão e exclusão obteve-se um total de 24 artigos para extração e análise. A análise dos dados foi sustentada, tendo por base a teoria das Transições de Afaf Meleis. Como intervenções facilitadoras no processo de transição, emergiram: a construção de estratégias de comunicação, a definição das necessidades reais e potenciais da família e pessoa em situação crítica e o conhecimento das experiências vividas pela família face ao processo. Verificou-se que, o cuidado centrado na família-pessoa em situação crítica, subsidia o potencial das intervenções de enfermagem.
