Abstract
This text proposes a descriptive immersion in the theoretical-methodological modes used in the development of research conducted in Brazilian educational contexts. The three researches presented dialogue with qualitative research through the adoption and inspiration of the principles of Narrative (Self)Biographical Research. This theoretical-methodological option allows the emersion of the subjectivities of the subjects who construct the research, whether they are authors or participants, and defends the non-dissociation between the subject and the research, both personal and professional, in the formation processes, in addition to helping to understand the complexity of the phenomena researched. In this sense, we present three researches carried out by the authors of this text in Brazilian educational institutions that find in their methodologies specificities and readings that broaden the look for the way of building research and producing knowledge. The doctoral thesis follows the view of heteroscience as proposed by Mikail Bakhtin; a dissertation presents the monad, following Walter Benjamin's proposition, as a way of organizing and reading narratives, and the last dissertation makes use of the interweaving of the narratives of teachers' and students' experiences constructed through narrative interviews.
